Our Service Levels
Our business is to support our property agent and landlord customers so they, in turn, can deliver an effective and cost efficient level of service to their tenants.
1) For emergency repairs, we guarantee to respond within 24 hours.
2) For all other planned or non-emergency repairs and maintenance, we respond with 5 working days.
3) All refurbishment and project based work is scheduled to the customer's convenience.
Our in-house systems monitor our performance to these service guarantees and we report to our customers on our performance on a regular basis.
Our communication with Agents from start to finish of each job is excellent and appreciated by our agent customers. We always collect and drop of keys at the agents and send a confirmation email at the end of every job.
